摘要
论文针对具有控制和保护功能的智能交流接触器展开研究,设计了抗电压跌落智能控制模块,配合交流接触器使用,实现高电压起动低电压保持,同时具有通信和抗电压跌落保护功能。模块分为上位机程序和控制模块。上位机使用LabVIEW编程,具有人性化的交互界面。控制模块以单片机为主控单元,超级电容为后备电源,应用IC内部的隔离、限流等功能到控制模块中,有效缩减了模块整体体积,完善了模块自身的保护功能及运行可靠性。组装了样机并完成相关实验,整体模块性能良好。
This paper studies on intelligent AC contactor with control and protection function, and designs an intelligent module with functions of communication and anti-voltage sag, which can make AC contactor start at a high voltage and close steady at low voltage. A humanized interface is designed with LabVIEW. The hardware mainly consists of PIC as the controlling unit and Super-capacitor as the back-up source. Isolation, current-limiting and small size feature the module being reliable and compatible . Prototype is assembled and related experiments are done, which show that the module has a good performance.
