两个腔室谐振箱在汽车进气系统降噪中的应用

摘要 某中高级轿车加速过程中,当发动机转速为2410rpm及3650rpm时存在明显噪声峰值,试验分析确认主要为发动机进气噪声.为降低该噪声,确定采用增加赫姆霍兹消声器的方法优化进气系统.赫姆霍兹消声器是汽车进气系统中常用的消声元件,通常情况下,消除多个频段的噪声峰值需要设计多个谐振箱,不利于布置空间要求及成本的控制.本文利用两个腔室谐振箱的消声原理,通过LMS Virtual.lab对进气系统进行传递损失分析,针对噪声峰值对应的频率,将原有进气系统谐振箱隔成一大一小两个腔室,达到了消除指定频段噪声的目的,并通过了试验验证. There is obvious noise while a vehicle accelerating , under the engine speed at 2410 rpm and 3650 rpm.Based on tests it is found that the noise is induced by engine intake system .In order to reduce the noise level a Helmholtz resonance muffler was introduced , which is widely used in engine intake system .Gener-ally, several resonance mufflers are needed to reduce the same number of noise peaks .This way is not good for cost control and space arrangement .In this paper , the theory of Helmholtz resonance muffler with two chambers was applied and the transmission loss analysis was done to determine the chambers'sizes to reduce the noise level effectively .The two -chamber muffler was designed based on the above analysis results .The validation tests were conducted to confirm the improvement in car noise reduction .
