摘要
业内分析永磁同步电机噪声往往只关注径向力和切向力,对于轴向力分析较少.本文重点分析由常规定子斜槽或转子斜极带来轴向力.参考感应电机的一些做法,找到消减永磁同步电机轴向力源的办法,即转子对称斜极.并制作样品测试,达到了降噪效果.
In Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM) noise analysis, normally radial and tangen-tial forces are focused , and axial force is ignored .This paper focused on the analysis of axial force which came from routine stator slot skewing or rotor poles skewing .Refer to the practice of induction motor , approach of re-ducing axial force for PMSM -symmetrical rotor poles skewing -was studied ..After samples produced , experi-ment proved the noise reduction effect .
