重用生白术和莱菔子治疗功能性便秘68例

Clinical Efficacy of High-Dose Raw Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae and Semen Raphani in Treatment of Functional Constipation:A Report of 68 Cases

目的观察重用生白术和莱菔子治疗功能性便秘的临床疗效。方法选择68例功能性便秘患者,以重用生白术和莱菔子的理气润肠通便方药治疗4周,观察便秘改善情况。结果治疗4周后,患者的排便间隔时间和排便时间较治疗前显著减少(P<0.05),总有效率为95.58%。结论重用生白术和莱菔子对功能性便秘具有较好的疗效。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of high-dose raw Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocepha lae and Semen Raphani in the treatment of functional constipation. Methods Sixty-eight patients with functional constipation were included in the study. They were treated with qi-regulating, intestine moistening, and bowel-relaxing prescription containing high doses of raw Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae and Semen Raphani for 4 weeks. The improvement in constipation was evaluated. Results After 4 weeks of treatment, these patients had significantly reduced defecation interval and defecation time （P〈0.05）, with an overall response rate of 95.58%. Conclusion High-dose raw Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae and Semen Raphani have good efficacy in the treatment of functional constipation.
