巴布剂联合功能疗法治疗急性外踝关节扭伤疗效观察

Clinical Effect of Babu Agent Combined with Functional Therapy in Treatment of Acute Lateral Ankle Sprain:A Report of 33 Cases

目的观察巴布剂外敷结合弹性绷带固定治疗急性外踝关节扭伤的临床疗效。方法将63例急性外踝关节扭伤患者分为对照组30例和观察组33例,对照组于踝关节外伤后48h内采用冷疗及弹性绷带固定,观察组在对照组疗法基础上采用自制巴布剂外敷踝关节肿胀处。治疗后第2、4、8周分别观察两组Karlsson评分,治疗后第8周观察并比较两组临床疗效。结果两组临床疗效比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后第2周、第4周,观察组Karlsson总评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.01);治疗后第8周,观察组踝活动功能Karlsson评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论弹性绷带固定联合自制巴布剂外敷能够更快、更好地恢复急性外踝扭伤患者的踝关节功能活动。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of external application of Babu agent combined with elastic bandage fixation in the treatment of acute lateral ankle sprain. Methods Sixty-three patients with acute lateral ankle sprain were divided into control group （n=30） and observation group （n=33）. Both groups received cryotherapy and elastic bandage fixation within 48 h after ankle injury; in addition, a self made Babu agent was externally applied to the swelling part of the ankle in the observation group. The Karlsson scores were measured at 2, 4, and 8 weeks after treatment, and the treatment outcomes of the two groups were observed and compared at 8 weeks after treatment. Results There was no significant difference in treatment outcome between the two groups （P〉0.05）. Compared with the control group, the observation group had a significantly higher total Karlsson score at 2 and 4 weeks after treatment （P〈0.01） and a significantly higher motor function score at 8 weeks after treatment （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Elastic bandage fixation combined with external application of self-made Babu agent can lead to a faster, better recovery of motor function of the ankle in patients with acute lateral ankle sprain.
