摘要
目的 建立藤黄药材中总藤黄酸含量的测定方法.方法 采用紫外分光光度法,以新藤黄酸为对照品,在360 nm处对藤黄样品中的总藤黄酸进行含量测定.结果 新藤黄酸浓度在5.304~26.520 mg/L范围内,与吸收度的线性关系良好(r=0.999 5),平均加样回收率为98.53%(RSD=0.21%,n=9).结论 该方法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于藤黄药材的质量控制.
Objective To establish a method for determining the Methods With gambogenic acid as a reference substance, ultraviolet spectro of total gambogic acid in gamboge. photometry was adopted to determine the content of total gambogic acid in gamboge sample at a wavelength of 360 nm. Results The concentration of gambogenic acid showed a good linear relationship with optical density within 5. 304-26. 520 mg/L (r= 0. 999 5), and the average recovery rate was 98.53% (RSD=0.21% , n=9). Conclusion The determination method is simple, accurate, and repeatable and can be used for the quality control of gamboge.
