柠檬醛衍生物对植物病原菌的抑制活性 被引量:7

摘要 采用菌丝生长速率法,研究紫罗兰酮、β-紫罗兰酮、甲基紫罗兰酮、异甲基紫罗兰酮、鸢尾酮、柠檬腈6种柠檬醛衍生物对辣椒疫病菌、枇杷炭疽病菌、水稻纹枯病菌、莴苣菌核病菌4种常见植物病原菌的抑制效果。结果表明:6种化合物对4种植物病原菌的生长均表现出一定的抑制作用,而且随着浓度的升高,抑制作用也增强;通过本试验从6种化合物中依次筛选出对莴苣菌核病菌、水稻纹枯病菌、枇杷炭疽病菌、辣椒疫病菌的抑制作用最强的分别是柠檬腈、紫罗兰酮、β-紫罗兰酮、柠檬腈,其EC50依次分别为8.83、14.02、15.77、9.46μg/mL。
