摘要
本文对城市有机垃圾经模化后 ,在一小型固定床燃烧炉中进行了燃烧试验 ,研究了燃烧温度、炉内停留时间、过剩空气系数、垃圾粒径等因素对NOx 生成的影响。研究表明 ,NOx 在燃烧温度为 6 0 0— 80 0℃的范围内生成量最大 ,且随着停留时间的延长、过剩空气系数的增大、粒径的减少而增大。添加CaCO3、CaO对NOx 的生成有不同程度的影响。
An experimental study on NO x formation during the incineration of Model MOSW have been done in a bench-scale fixed bed combustion. Several factors affecting the formation of NO x were carried out, such as combustion temperature, excess air ratio, residence time, particle size, and CaCO 3, CaO addition. As a result, a large amount of NO x was found under the temperature of 650—800℃. And the amount of NO x increased following the increase of residence time, excess air ratio and the decrease of particle size. The formation of NO x was affected greatly by the addition of CaCO 3, CaO.
