印染废水快速处理初步研究

Study on Treating Printing and Dyeing Wastewater

采用活性反应柱处理的方法对印染废水进行处理。结果表明 :采用原水 pH ,经活性反应柱处理 2h ,出水pH值调为 8的条件下 ,其CODcr的含量可从 6 0 0mg/L降到 92mg/L ,去除率为 84 6 7% ,色度从 5 0 0降到 2 0 ,去除率为 96 % ,出水达到国家排放一级标准。

The printing and dyeing wastewater was treated by the active reactive columniation in the paper.It showed that when pH of untreated wastewater was not changed,the time of reaction was 2 hours,and pH of treated wastewater was 8,the content of COD cr fell from 600 mg/L to 92mg/L,the treatment rate of COD cr was 84.67%,CM fell from 500 degree to 20 degree,the treatment rate of CM was 96%.The treated wastewater complied with the national discharge standards.
