大型钢铁企业绩效管理差异化分析和思考

摘要 绩效管理是实现战略目标分解落地的工具,绩效管理实践是企业获取竞争优势的一种管理体系。通过对国内、外钢铁企业绩效管理模式存在差异的剖析,适合优秀企业的管理实践不一定对每个企业都适用的结论,并以此来说明研究本企业本土化的高绩效人力资源管理的必要性。
