摘要
一定频率的超声波对昆虫的生理行为会产生一定的影响,它是一种环境胁迫因子.研究了在超声波驱虫器LHC20-1的超声辐照下,松褐天牛成虫体内乙酰胆碱酯酶活性的变化.研究结果表明:超声波胁迫对不同超声辐照时间下和不同日龄的松褐天牛成虫乙酰胆碱酯酶活性有影响,但不存在性别差异.松褐天牛成虫乙酰胆碱酯酶活性随着超声波辐照时间的变化而变化.在超声波辐照30、45和60min时,松褐天牛成虫(1日龄)的乙酰胆碱酯酶活性分别是对照组的1.39、1.11和1.09倍.不同日龄的松褐天牛成虫对超声波胁迫的应答存在差异.在超声波辐照30min下,1日龄的松褐天牛成虫乙酰胆碱酯酶活性显著升高,而5日龄的松褐天牛成虫乙酰胆碱酯酶活性显著降低.这些结果表明,超声波胁迫能够影响松褐天牛成虫乙酰胆碱酯酶活性,从而对其胆碱能系统进行调控.
Certain ultrasound frequencies may act as an environment stress factor for insects and cause significant effects on their physiology and behavior.In this study,we investigated the changes of acetylcholinesterase activity in Monochamus alternatus Hope exposed to ultrasound produced by a commercial device (LHC20-1).Our results showed that ultrasound stress had significant effect on AChE activity of M.alternatus adults varied with different exposure time and different ages,while the changes of AChE activity derived from exposure to ultrasound did not differ between sexes.The AChE activity of 1 day-old M.alternatus was 1.39-,1.11-and 1.09-fold of the control after exposure periods of 30,45,and 60 min,respectively.Moreover,M.alternatus with different ages responded differently to ultrasound stress.The AChE activity of 5 day-old M.alternatus was decreased significantly after ultrasound exposure for 30 min.These results indicated that the ultrasound stress could affect the AChE activity and modulate the cholinergic system in M.alternatus adults.
