基于一种电子节温器控制的发动机节油技术研究 被引量:7

Study of Fuel-efficient Technology Based on an Electronic Thermostat-controlled Engine

摘要 传统机械式节温器主要由冷却水温控制,难以实时满足发动机实际工况下冷却水温要求,电子节温器可有效控制发动机在适合温度下工作,并一定程度上减小油耗.为验证电子节温器的有效性,对某款1.5 L排量发动机进行了台架试验,结果表明,控制系统可将冷却水温控制在各工况所对应的最优冷却水温附近,节油效果达到0.5%~2.6%. A conventional mechanical thermostat is controlled mainly by the cooling water temperature, and it is difficult to meet real- time requirements of the actual engine coolant temperature conditions. An electronic thermostat can effectively control the engine at appropriate temperatures and reduce fuel consumption. In order to verify the validity of electronic thermostat, a bench test is taken on an engine of 1.5 Displacement. The results show that the control system can control the water temperature corresponding to the near optimum, and the fuel efficiency is 0.5% - 2.6%.
