摘要
主要研究了小型汽车纯电驱动改装的方法和流程,基于奥拓轿车底盘的结构参数,进行了驱动系统纯电驱动改装的匹配设计。根据加速时间、续驶里程和爬坡能力的要求,通过车辆动力学计算,确定了驱动电机、动力蓄电池及传动系统的主要参数和结构类型。在Advisor软件内,对改装后的纯电动轿车进行了动力学建模,依托这个模型,对改装后的纯电驱动轿车进行了性能仿真。仿真结果表明:整个匹配设计的方法和流程是正确可行的。由于实验测试环境复杂,实车改装后的性能测试结果与仿真结果有一定的差异,但匹配设计和改装已基本达到了原定目标。
This paper mainly studied the method and process of electric driving system modifica-tion for subcompact.Based on the structure parameter of Alto subcompact,the authors did the match design of electric driving system modification.According to the requirements of accelera-tion time,driving range and hil-climbing ability,the key parameters and structure of the driving motor,storage battery and driving system were determined by the vehicle dynamics calculation. By using the Advisor software,the dynamic model of the Alto subcompact was set up.Based on this model,the performance of Alto subcompact after pure electrical modification was numerical y investigated.The simulation results showed the method and process of match design are correct and feasible.Because of the complexity of experimental environment in test,the performance test results of real vehicle after pure electrical modification have a little difference,but the match de-sign and modification have almost reached the primary targets.
