攀枝花市某医院在岗职工血脂水平调查

An epidemiological study of serum lipid on in-service officer in a hospital of Panzhihua city

摘要 目的了解攀枝花市某医院在岗职工血脂异常情况为心血管疾病防治制定合理策略。方法2013年3~4月对攀枝花市某医院在岗职工血脂情况进行调查,按年龄(≤39岁组、40~50岁组、≥51岁组)及工作性质(医护组及非医护组)进行分组,统计在岗职工血脂水平及血脂异常情况,根据《2007年中国成人血脂异常防治指南》的标准判断血脂异常。结果(1)被调查人群血脂水平情况:总胆固醇(TC)为(3.91±0.81)mmol/L,甘油三酯(TG)为(1.31±0.87)mmol/L,低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)为(1.98±0.61)mmol/L,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL—C)为(1.25±0.37)mmol/L;(2)50岁之前男性TC水平高于女性,50岁之后女性TC水平高于男性;(3)总血脂异常率为21.3%,男性血脂异常率26%高于女性19%(P〈0.05),医护组为23.1%高于非医护组14.5%(P〈0.05)。结论医护人员血脂异常患病率较高,应当做好血脂防治工作。 Objective Exploring epidemiological status quo and characteristics of serum lipid of in-service officer in a hospital of Panzhihua city,and developing a reasonable prevention strategies of cardiovascular diseases.Methods From March to April in 2013, we investigated serum lipid of staff in the hospital.They were divided into three groups according to age(≤39 years old group, the 40-50 years old group,≥51 years old group)and two groups according to work(medical group and non medical group).The serum lipid abnormality were judged according to the"2007 China Adult dyslipidemia prevention guide".Results (1)The total cholesterol(TC)was(3.91±0. 81)mmol/L, triglyceride(TG)was(1.31±0. 87) mmol/L,low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) was 1.98 + 0.61mmol/L, high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) was ( 1.25 :[: 0.37 ) mmol/I.; (2)TC was higher in men than women before the age of 50,TC levels was higher in women than men after 50 years old.The abnormal rate of blood lipid was 21.3%(3)It was higher for men(26%)than women(19%) (P〈0.05) ,it was higher for the medical group(23.1 %)than non -medical group(14. 5%)(p〈0. 05).Concision The prevalence rate of serum lipid abnormality was higher for the medical staff than non medical staff.Therefore we should do better to prevent and treat abnormality of serum lipid.
