单服利培酮与联合苯海索精神分裂症患者心电图分析

Analysis of Risperidone only and combined with Benzhexol on Electrocardiogram of Schizophrenia Patients

目的了解精神分裂症患者单服利培酮治疗者与联合苯海索者的心电图表现情况。方法对160例服用利培酮治疗与182例服用利培酮与苯海索治疗者心电图进行分析。结果单服利培酮治疗组,心电图正常65例占40.63%,异常94例占58.75%,利培酮与苯海索治疗组,心电图正常42例占23.07%。心电图异常140例占76.92%。两者心电图异常主要为窦性心动过速,窦性心动过缓,窦性心律不齐,ST-T异常,Q-T间期延长,T波异常,U波异常。服用利培酮与苯海索组Q-T间期延长49例占35%比单用利培酮组Q-T间期延长17例占17.89%明显增多。两组间有明显常异(P<0.05)。结论两组间心电图异常有明显差异(P<0.05)。特别是利培酮加用苯海索治疗组比单用利培酮治疗组在Q-T间期延长发生率明显高,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。利培酮治疗与加用苯海索治疗中都应定期复查心电图。

Objective To investigate the effects of Risperidone only and combined with Benzhexol on electroeardiogram（ECG）in the treatment of Schizophrenics.Methods The change of ECG in 160 patients treated with Risperidone only and 182 patients treated with Risperidone combined with Benzhexol were analyzed.Results 65 cases in Risperidone groups and 42 eases in Risperidone combined with Benzhexol groups had normal ECG.The abnormal ECG after taking Risperidone only and Risperidone combined with Benzhexol were 58.75~ and 76.92~ respectively. The abnormal symptoms were sinus tachycardia, sinus bradyeardia, sinus irregularity, ST-T change, Q-To interval prolong, the change of T wave and appearance of U wave.49 cases in study groups with prolonged Q-Te interval（35 %）were more than in eontrol groups（ 17. 89 %）, and there was significant difference in the two treatments （P^0.05）.Conclusion Compare with Risperidone only,and Risperidone eombined with Benzhexol has significant changes on Q-Tc interval irregularity. ECG should be taken regularly during treatment with either Risperidone or eombined with Benzhexol.
