摘要
重入庙堂时期的刘禹锡,既无重用之大喜,亦无重谴之大悲,时时自我激励以求进取,又常常自我宽慰以求超脱。反映在诗歌创作中,他有意识地敛抑锋芒、销铄锐气、潜匿英风,追求讽托的幽远和寄兴的深微,努力使作品趋于气象老成的艺术境界。
When he regained power in the imperial court, Liu Yuxi was neither rejoiced for his resumption of services, nor was he groaned over the wrong done to him.He encouraged himself every now and then to make progress on the one hand, and comforted himself frequently so as to go beyond the reality on the other.As was reflected in his composition of poems, he con-sciously expressed his views and prides in a moderate manner in order to seek his cherished dreams of remoteness and implica-tion, thus, his poetic works in this period reached the summit of his artistic realm.
