摘要
用 PCW- 2萃取剂对γ酸 (2 -氨基 - 8-萘酚 - 6 -磺酸 )废水进行了一级萃取 ,废水的 COD去除率大于 97% ,萃取液用碱液反萃回收γ酸产品 ,每立方米废水回收 4kgγ酸 ,回收产品中γ酸的质量分数大于 96 % ,符合工业品质量要求 ,回收过程运行费用低 。
The wastewater containing γ acid (2 amino 8 naphthol 6 sulfonic acid)is treated by one stage extraction process using PCW 2 extractant.The removal rate of COD in wastewater is over 97%.The extract is treated by back extraction with alkali liquor to recover γ acid product. About 4kg γ acid can be recovered from 1 m 3 of wastewater.The mass concentration of γ acid in the recovered product is greater than 96%,which can meet the quality standards for industrial products.The process is characterized by low operation cost,good economic and environmental benefits.
