胫骨嵌入技术治疗膝关节后交叉韧带损伤的疗效观察被引量：4

摘要目的：探讨胫骨嵌入技术治疗膝关节后交叉韧带（PCL）的手术方法及临床效果.方法：回顾分析2010年2月～2012年12月我院收治的单纯PCL断裂患者30例,均在关节镜下行同种异体跟腱胫骨嵌入技术重建PCL.术中用螺钉将韧带骨块固定在PCL的胫骨附着点处,另一端通过牵引线引入关节内,患膝屈曲90°,从关节内将移植物的另一端引入股骨隧道,前抽屉拉紧后拧入挤压螺钉固定.通过物理检查,KT-2000测量双侧膝关节前后向松弛差异和Lysholm评分来评价手术疗效.结果：30例术后均获随访,随访时间8.5（7～12）个月.术后膝关节活动度基本恢复正常,除1例因排斥反应关节肿胀、发热,行关节镜冲洗后好转,2例后抽屉实验阳性,其余患者随访时移植物位置及关节功能良好.术后终末随访Lysholm评分及KT-2000测量值均较术前显著改善（P＜0.05）.结论：胫骨嵌入技术重建PCL能恢复患膝功能,临床效果满意.
