摘要
以北京师范大学图书馆中文图书编目外包的实践为例,对编目外包的背景、外包人员管理、取得的成果与存在的问题进行探讨,从数据质量、外包人员队伍稳定及编目员角色转换等方面,对如何进一步完善编目外包进行了思考。
This paper takes cataloging outsourcing practice of Beijing Normal University Library for example, discusses working background of cataloging outsourcing, outsourcing personnel management, achievements and problems; and thinks about how to perfect cataloging outsourcing from data quality, team stabilization and role conversion of cataloguer.
