摘要
充分调研了油田含油污泥的来源、储存状况以及处理方式,提出了含油污泥无害化处理的技术思路,根据油泥的特性筛选油泥乳化剂,形成含油污泥调剖剂以及污泥调剖工艺设计方法。该技术在低渗透裂缝性储层现场应用14口井,累计处理含油污泥4 260t,措施效果明显,累增油850t,减水6 400m3,污泥调剖剂取代颗粒堵剂节省成本,投入产出比1∶2.2,经济效益明显。该技术能较好地解决污泥污染与利用问题,具有显著的推广应用价值。
A full investigation on the source of oily sludge ,storage condition and treatment was carried out ,and the technical thinking about sludge harmless treatment of oily sludge was presented .According to the characteristics of sludge formation screening emulsifier ,oily sludge profile control agent and the design method of sludge profile control process were formed .This technology was applied in 14 wells of the low permeability reservoir ,and the effect was obvious-ly .The cumulative treatment of oily sludge was 4 260 t ,cumulative increasing oil production was 850 t ,and the amount of water reduction was 6 400 m3 .The sludge profile control agent repla-cing the particulate plugging agent could save cost ,the input-output ratio was 1∶2 .2 ,and eco-nomic benefit is obvious .This technology can solve the problem of sludge pollution and utiliza-tion ,and has significant application value .
