远郊大型保障房社区公共空间营造的规划策略研究——以九江共青城保障性住房小区为例

Study on planning strategies of community public space construction for large- scale indemnificatory apartments in outer suburbs ——Taking Gongqingcheng indemnificatory housing as an example

近年,城市边缘的大规模保障性住房集中建设已成为趋势。本文通过九江共青城保障性住房的规划设计实践,从中总结出远郊大型保障房社区公共空间的一些规划思考,并结合带状公共空间布局在本项目中的运用,研究社区物质公共空间、软性公共空间和生态公共空间等要素,探讨远郊大型保障房公共空间规划的策略。

In recent years,there is a growing tendency to build large- scale indemnificatory apartments in outer suburbs. Through several thoughts on public space construction summarized from the planning and design practice of Gongqingcheng indemnificatory housing community in Jiujiang City,this study,combined with the application of belt- shaped spatial layout in the project,makes a discussion on strategies as well as exploration on some elements such as materials,soft nature and ecological environment of community public space construction for large- scale indemnificatory apartments in outer suburbs.
