厦门地区历史商业街区改造与更新

Historical commercial block renewal in Xiamen area

厦门位于泉州平原和漳厦平原的中心,九龙江海口,在中国东南沿海是一座美丽的海港风景城市,也是中国五大经济特区之一。民族路大学路传统商业街区位于大生里和演武路之间,南边依附于"厦门港",更有老厦门所熟知的"沙坡尾"和"避风坞"。随着时代的变迁,城市的发展,现有的历史商业街区已经不能满足变化中商业模式的发展需求。而历史文化名城有着丰富内涵,它们大多存在于阡陌古道、有生命的大街小巷里,同时也赋存着大量人文遗迹的历史商业街区上。所以研究如何利用现有的历史文化来激发商业活力的潜力以及对原有的商业空间模式进行更新改造变成了我课题方向的重点。

Xiamen is located in the center of Zangxia plain and the Quanzhou plain,It is China＇s southeast coast,a beautiful harbor city landscape,but also one of the five special economic zones in china. Daxue and Minzu road the traditional commercial district is located between the Dashengli and Yanwu Road, south depends on the ＂ Xiamen port＂,more natives known as ＂ Shapowei＂ and ＂ Bifengwu＂. With the changes of the times,the development of the city,the existing historical commercial block has been unable to meet the development needs of the business model. However,enrich the connotation of the historical and cultural city is much in carrying a body,there are many cultural relics of historical commercial block. So the research on how to use the existing historical culture to stimulate business activity potential of commercial space and the original mode of renewal and transformation into focus of my research direction.
