理工院校图书馆文科资源建设策略和方法研究——以同济大学为例

Research on the Strategies and Methods of Social Sciences Literature Resources Construction in Libraries of Polytechnic Universities——with Tongji University as an example

社会发展和教育体制改革推动传统理工科大学向综合性大学发展,同济大学人文学科基础薄弱,人文学科的建设是极其重要的。同济大学图书馆对文科文献资源建设的发展提出了建设性的思路,主要从优化文科馆藏资源结构、文科专业特色馆藏建设、加大电子资源投入、构建文科资源保障体系和发展文科馆员队伍等五个方面提出对策。

The development of the society and the reform in China＇ s education system have required that the traditional polytechnic universities transform themselves into comprehensive ones. The basis of social sciences departments at Tongji University is very weak, so improving and developing social sciences departments are crucial for Tongji. Library of Tongji University has made some good plans for constructing the social sciences literature resources at Tongji which include the following five aspects： optimizing the collection of social sciences literature, creating a featured social sciences literature collection, improving the input for electronic resources, setting up a guarantee system of social sciences literature and strengthening the library staff working with social sciences literature etc.
