Research on Fairness and Efficiency of Sports Resource Allocation under the Background of Constructing the Harmonious Society

以资源配置理论为视角,运用文献资料法、数据统计法和逻辑分析法,对我国体育资源的配置现状、成因及其发展进行分析和讨论。提出遵循资源配置的自然规律是前提、以资源配置的社会规则为导向、实施体育资源的循环利用。实现以计划机制为主向以市场机制为主的体育资源配置方式的转变,实现从粗放型到集约式的体育资源配置方法,改革和完善举国体制。

Based on resource allocation theory, this paper aims to study the situation, the origin and development of sports re- source allocation in our country by the method of literature, data statistics and logical analysis. It proposed allocation of re- sources following the natural law is a prerequisite for social rules to guide the allocation of resources to implement the recycling of sports resources. The aim is to achieve the change of planned mechanism to market - based mechanism, extensive to inten- sive sports resource allocation, and to reform and improve the whole nation system.
