对外开放的度量方法与模型分析

对外开放是我国基本国策之一 ,在定性与定向的结论理论上或实践上无疑是真理性的认识和行动准则 ,但对外开放的度量方法与模型分析 ,则在认识上存在较大分歧。在综合评估国内几种测度方法基础上 ,作者提出主观赋权法和客观赋权法两类 ,同时 ,通过开放程度的国际比较 ,得出了带规律性的结论。

Opening up to the outside world is one of the basic policies of China,which is undoubtedly our course of action and is a true cognition in nature and orientation both practically and theorytically.However,there remains quite a lot disputes on the analysis on the mode and measurement of opening up to the outside world.Having evaluated several measurements used in China,the author proposes two measurements:subjective weighting and objective weighting.Finally,the author draws a general conclusion after comparing the degree of openness of a country internationally.
