摘要
针对循环流化床锅炉机组进行湿法脱硫、电袋除尘器和低温省煤器改造后,引起的锅炉烟气系统阻力变化进行了系统的分析,为保证锅炉机组的正常运行,提出对引风机、增压风机改造的几种选型方案,并对各方案进行了相应的论证分析。同时对引风机改造初投资及故障经济性进行简单的分析比较,对改造工期、改造后运行控制、脱硫岛区域布置影响等方面进行了定性的分析,结论为循环流化床锅炉脱硫、除尘系统改造中引风机与增压风机合并方案优于分开设置方案。
Based on a systematic analysis on the change of the boiler flue gas resistance caused by the wet desulphurization and improvements on the electric dust collector bag and the low level economizer in a circulating fluidized bed boiler, this paper gives several selection schemes to improve the induced draft fan and the booster fan, and an argumentation on the schemes is given in the paper. On comparison between the investment of the induced draft fan and the booster fan with the fault cost, with a qualitative analysis on a few factors such as improvement period, operation control after improvement, the effect of the desulphurization island layout and others, this paper comes to the conclusion that the combination of the induced draft fan with the booster fan is better than the scheme that the induced draft fan is independent to the booster fan.
