Erecting Technology for 1000 kV Power Transmission Line with Eight Conductors

随着1 000 kV特高压电网快速发展,输电线路中导线分裂数不断增加,给导线展放带来新的技术难题。在不增加机械设备、工器具投入的基础上,通过对八分裂导线展放工器具、放线滑车悬挂、放线、紧线等工艺的研究,并在1 000 kV皖电东送淮南至上海特高压交流输电示范工程线路中应用,为后续特高压线路工程八分裂导线架线提供参考。

With fast development of 1000 kV ultra-voltage power grid, the eight conductors are widely used in power transmission line, thus challenging the power transmission erecting work. This paper gives a detailed introduction to the research on the erecting technology including selection of unreeling tool, suspension of unreeling pulley, unreeling, stringing and other techniques. In end, an introduction to the application case of the technology in the 1000 kV Anhui-to-Huainan-to-Shanghai power transmission line is also given for reference to construction of ultra-voltage power transmission line with eight conductors in coming years.
