摘要 为了更加方便、快速地检测批量白酒中铅的含量,建立了一种蒸发浓缩-电热消解-石墨炉原子吸收法测定白酒中铅的方法.试验结果表明,该方法在0~80.0 μg/L范围内呈线性相关,相关系数为0.999 9,检出限为0.41 μg/L,样品的加标回收率在90%~110%之间.该方法准确度、精密度良好,能够简便、快速、有效的测定白酒中的铅含量. In order to test batch of lead content in liquor more convenient and quickly, a kind of electric heating digestion- evaporating graphite furnace atomic absorption method was set up for the determination of lead in liquor. Results show that this method is a linear correlation withfor the determination of lead in liquor. Results show that this method is a linear correlation with- in 0-80.0 μg/L, the correlation coefficient is 0.999 9, the detection limit is 0.41 μg/L and sample of standard addition recovery rate is between 90% - 110%. The method has good accuracy and precision, and is simple, rapid and effective for the determination of lead in liquor.
