摘要
高等学校英语教师教育技术能力是教育信息化的重要组成部分,提升大学英语教师教育技术能力是教师专业发展、教育改革和教学改革的需要。对大学英语教师教育技术能力现状进行调查分析表明,提升大学英语教师教育技术能力应结合教学实践,采取政策支持、环境支持和职前培养、职后培训和虚拟协作等措施。教育技术对于转变大学英语教师的教育思想与观念,提升教育技术能力意义深远,促进大学英语教学模式、体系、内容和方法的改革,以及加速教育管理手段现代化。
College English teachers' ability of educational technology is an important part of educational informationalization. Improving their ability of educational technology is a requirement made by English teachers' professional development and the reform in education and teaching. This paper analyses the current situation of English teachers' ability of educational technology in some colleges and universities. Combined with the work practice, strategies on improving college English teachers' ability of educational technology are also put forward, such as policy support, environmental support, pre-service training, in-service training and virtual collaboration. Educational technologies are of much significance for college English teachers to change their educational ideas and concepts and for colleges and universities to promote the reform of the college English teaching mode, system, content and method and accelerate the modernization of education and management.
