摘要
为研究一维光子晶体全反射隧穿效应中光场的分布特征,推导出TE波在一维光子晶体中光场的分布公式,利用这个公式研究了一维光子晶体全反射隧穿现象中光场在光子晶体内部的分布特征。得出在出现全反射隧穿透射峰处,随着光在一维光子晶体内的传播深度的增加其光场分布呈周期性变化,光场不随传播深度的增加而衰减,光场的分布呈现共振的特征。
In order to study the light field distribution of the total reflection tunnel in 1D photonic crystal, the light field formula of TE wave in 1D photonie crystal is deduced, and the light field of the total reflection tunnel inlD photonic crystal is studied. Based on the formula, distribution feature of light field inside photonie crystal is studied in 1D photonic crystal total reflection tunnel. Light field distribution changes periodically with the propagation depth inside photonic crystal increases and light field does not vary with the propagation depth increased attenuation, and light field distribution of the total reflection tunnel has characteristics of the resonance.
