Theoretical analysis of M&S enterprises under the network economy

网络经济给各行各业带来了巨大的变化和冲击 ,本文从规模经济、交易成本等理论出发探讨了网络经济下企业规模问题 。

Network has been leading great changes in structor, control and work organizations.How about on the medium and small enterprises? Theories of scale economics,transaction cost and etc are applied here to prove that the minimum efficient scale is decreasing with the rapid progress of network and communication technology. We argue that the M&S enterprises will be more prosperous in the network economy.
