本文在回顾资本市场理论与技术分析理论的基础上 ,对技术分析在我国证券市场一定程度有效的原因作了探讨 ,指出由于EMH理论自身的缺陷以及证券市场存在种种不完善因素 。

On the basis of review the market capital theory and the technical analysis theory,this article will discuss the cause of the validity of technical analysis in Chinese security market to some degree,and points out that the technical analysis will be effective for a long time because of the deformity of EMH and imperfect factors of the security market.
