二期Mippo技术Liss钢板治疗Gustilo Ⅲ型胫腓骨骨折疗效观察

Curative effects of Liss plate in Mippo in second therapeutic procedure on open tibiofibular fracture of Gustilo Ⅲ

目的 探讨二期Mippo技术Liss钢板治疗GustiloⅢ型胫腓骨开放性骨折的治疗效果.方法 2009年1月～2013年1月收治GustiloⅢ型胫腓骨开放性骨折28例,采用一期彻底清创术后,二期全部采用Mippo技术Liss钢板治疗.结果 28例均获随访,时间6～24个月,平均13.5个月.骨折愈合22例,骨延迟愈合5例,骨不愈合1例,无骨髓炎发生.按Johner-Wruhs评分标准：优15例,良9例,可3例,差1例,优良率85.7％.结论 二期Mippo技术Liss钢板治疗GustiloⅢ型胫腓骨开放性骨折安全,微创操作,可最大限度保护软组织,并发症少,疗效可靠.

Objective To explore the curative effects of Liss plate in Mippe in the second therapeutic procedure on open tihiofiblar fracture of Gustilo Ⅲ. Methods 28 cases with open tibiofibular fracture of Gustilo Ⅲ admitted during the period from Jan. , 2009 to Jan. ,2013 were selected. Thorough debridement surgery was performed in the first therapeutic procedure and Liss plate in Mippo was applied in the second therapeutic procedure. Results FoUow-up was made to all the patients and lasted from 6 months to 24 months with the average of 13.5 months. The fracture healing was found in 22 cases, delayed fracture healing in 5 cases and nonunion in 1 case;no osteomyelitis occurred. According to the standards of Johner-Wruhs score, 15 cases were excellent,9 cases good,3 cases fair and 1 case poor,the excellent rate was 85.7%. Conclusions Treatment of open tibiofibular fracture of Gustilo Ⅲ by Liss plate in Mippo in the second therapeutic procedure is safe and micro-invasive, and the curative effect is reliable, which makes a maximum protection of the soft tissues and less complications.
