中英英语专业大学生朗读中停顿现象的比较研究

A Comparative Study of Pause in Reading between Native English and University Students Majoring in English

停顿是语言里普遍存在的一种语音现象。停顿的长度、频率、位置的合适可以使发音流畅、韵律清晰、表达清楚,让听者更好地理解。国内对英语朗读中停顿现象的比较研究较少。比较中英英语专业大学生朗读中的停顿,找到中国二语学习者与本族语者在停顿语速、停顿频率、停顿次数、停顿时长、停顿位置方面的差异,可以为我国英语朗读教学提供参考。

Due to the less domestic study of pause in English reading, we can make the comparison of English reading between Chinese English language learners and native speakers in speech rate, pause frequency, pause times, duration, position differences, in order to provide a preference for the teaching of English reading.
