摘要
当前,大部分年轻员工能够"知道"、理解并认同企业的经营理念、管理目标,清楚企业的一系列规章制度和业务操作规程,了解生活中的道德规范和行为准则,但却不一定能够"做到"。要让年轻员工"知道"并"做到"的方法,一是要对年轻员工实施养成教育;二是要以体制约束年轻员工;三是要适当地给年轻员工压担子。
Most of the young employees manage to know, understand and recognize the company's operational princi- ples, management goals, rules and regulations and operational procedures as well as the moral criterions and code of conduct in daily life, but they may not be able to follow thero_ To make young employees consciously follow those rules, this paper suggests implementing awareness nurturing education while putting some pressure on young em- ployees by issuing binding rules and institutions.
