Exploration of Work Concerning Democratic Management of Enterprises

企业民主管理在促进企业发展和维护职工合法权益上起到了重要作用。为了进一步做好企业民主管理工作,各企业一定要认真落实思想动态分析制度,认真落实职工代表团组长联席会议制度,加强职代会的过程控制,加强厂务公开制度建设,只有这样,才能使企业焕发勃勃的生机与活力,实现企业和职工的"双赢"。

The work concerning democratic management of enterprises plays an important role in promoting their pro- gress and their employees＇ lawful rights and interests. To deepen it, the enterprises should implement the system for analyzing what their employees are thinking as well as the one of joint session the group leaders of employees＇ dele- gation take part in. They should further control the procedure of workers＇ congress and make their affairs more transparent. All this can bring them vitality and vigor and a win--win situation to both enterprises and their employ- ees.
