摘要
以项目进度管理在模具制造中的应用为研究对象,结合模具企业的特点,从项目、项目管理及项目进度管理的定义、特点和发展出发,介绍了项目进度管理的方法及其研究现状和发展趋势,分析了模具行业管理现状和模式以及存在的问题。
In combination with the characteristics of mold manufacturing companies, this paper studied the application of project progress management in mold manufacturing. Starting from the definition, characteristics, and development of projects, project management, and project progress management, this paper present the methods, current status, and future trends in project progress management. Further analyses of current status, model, and problems in the management of mold manufacturing industry were also explored.
