介绍了前框塑件结构特点及要求,以及模具设计关键点,重点描述了模具内抽斜楔机构。上、下滑块分别与主滑块用沟槽连接,3个滑块分别往内抽芯完成抽芯动作,顺利脱模。
This paper deals with the characteristics and requirements of the frame product structure as well as the key points of the mold design . It focuses on the sliding wedge, which consists of the upper, lower slider connecting with the body slider by the slot, the three sliders finish their core pulling to help demoulding smoothly.
