摘要
根据对一种冠型瓶盖塑件结构特点的分析,介绍了其注射模的结构设计和工作过程。提出了模具采用一种特殊斜顶的脱模方式,解决了塑件侧部三段倒扣的脱模问题。另外还介绍了一种二次顶出机构,经过试模验证,该机构动作可靠,对同类型塑件模具有一定的借鉴作用。
According to the analysis of structure characteristics for colusure, introduced the design principle and work process of injection mold, and put forward one type releasing method of special angular lifter. Solved the demoulding problems of product undercut. Furthermore, one type of two stage ejecition mechanism with simple structure and reliable operation was introduced. This mechansim has reference to other molds of the same type parts.
