摘要
在加工中心上精加工模套内腔,可先加工出内腔各相邻侧壁之间的圆弧过渡部分,再粗加工内壁,然后对底面进行粗、精加工,继而精加工内壁,最后加工底面圆角。具体分析了每一环节可能出现的问题,并提出切实可行的加工办法和操作技巧。
To finish inner cavity of mold sleeve, the round corners between side walls should come out at first, and then finish the walls and the bottom, at last finish the round corner between the bottom and walls; especially, problems that may occur during the processing are analyzed, and effective methods and techniques put forward.
