摘要
在干切削中,刀具遇到的突出问题是严重的摩擦和高温。本文研究了新型陶瓷刀具材料和纳米涂层刀具,并进行了相应的试验,试验结果表明新型陶瓷刀片具有良好的抗机械冲击和热冲击性能,以及极高的耐磨性和抗破损能力,是用于干切削的理想刀具。随着新型刀具材料的出现,再伴以刀结构的相应改变以及涂层新技术的发展,可以有效提高干切削刀具的耐用度,使干切削像湿切削一样在生产中顺利进行。
Cutters may be serious damaged by fricition and high temperature in dry cutting. Inthis paper,new cutting materials and nanocoating cutters are deeply researcneo anu the relevanl experiments are conducted, the result suggests that new cutting ceramics can resist mechanical shock and heat shock wonderfully, what' s more, the wear-resisting property of cutters is highly promoted. It is a good cutter material for dry cutting. With the appearance of new cutter materials and the development of cutter structure and coating technology, dry cutter materials' s incorruptibility is promoted, which makes dry cutting can be used in industry as wet cutting.
