摘要
针对注射模注射成型过程内部型腔结构塑料充填过程无法可视化,通过对模具采取组合分割设计方法、将模具成型部件一分为二并相互定位、成型时可整体或分体,从而可以清晰观察模具内部零件相互运动关系、成型过程实现模具生产可视化。
According to the structure of plastic injection molding plastic mold process, internal cavity filling,process cannot visualization, the mold adopts the combination segmentation design method, the mold shaping part one divides into two, and positioning, molding can be integrated or split, which can clearly observe the mutual movement of internal parts, die relationship between molding process mold internal structure visualization.
