由于计划经济制下对水资源的认识和保护不足 ,我国水资源遭到严重的破坏 ,对工农业生产和人民生活产生了重大影响。对此 ,本文在分析水资源开发利用中存在问题的基础上 。

Under the effect of the planning economic system,our water resources are being severely damaged.This has greatly affected industrial and agricultural production.Based on the analyses of the problem of the development and utilization of the water resources,this thesis puts forward some corresponding solutions and suggestions.
