摘要
分析了人工挖孔桩施工中易出现的吊桶坠落安全事故,提出了一种吊桶提升系统的止回装置设计方案并进行了承载力试验测试。此类装置只需运用施工现场材料即可焊接组装而成,具有原理简单,实用可靠,成本低廉等优点,得到了施工技术人员和专家的认可,并且经济效益和社会效益显著,适合大范围推广。
This paper analyses the accident of bucket-dropping in the process of manual-excavaung pile. A designing scheme of non-return equipment of bucket hoisting system is proposed and verified by bearing capacity test. The equipment can be easily assembled using field material. The advantage of simple in principle, practical, reliable, low cost of the equipment is widely accepted and popularized by engineering technicians and specialists. It has apparent economic and social benefits and is suitable for a wide range of promotion.
