弱膨胀土发育地区盾构掘进过程中换刀对土体稳定的影响分析

摘要 针对弱膨胀土发育地区盾构掘进过程中换刀引起地表沉降这一难题,以合肥城市轨道交通一号线繁华大道站和繁华大道站~高铁南站区间段为工程背景,采用预加固技术处理换刀位置地层,通过数值模拟分析12种工况下换刀地层土体稳定性影响,验证了预加固技术的有效性,总结了换刀面的纵横向影响范围,为类似工程提供了理论支持。 Aimed at key problem of the Weak expansive soil shield tunneling process of regional devel opment tool surface subsidence, Combined Hefei City Rail Transit Line bustling Avenue Station and the bustling Avenue Station High Speed- Rail South Station range segment as engineering back ground,In this paper, pre-processing tool change position strata reinforcement technology, and through the 12 kinds of conditions numerical simulation tool stratum of soil stability is analyzed theo retically.
