摘要
针对各省市ETC交易耗时不同,且缺少对ETC系统整体或主要组成部分的性能表现评价的有效方法,采用随机过程与数理统计的方法,提出对交易耗时进行数字特征分析和参数估计的评价方法。通过某省高速公路二百多万条ETC成功交易数据实例分析证明,该评价方法可从横向、纵向及不同环境条件等多角度有效地综合评价ETC系统的性能表现情况,为ETC系统的设计、选型、建设、运营等多方面提供参考。
According to different time consumption of ETC transactions in every province and city,and aiming at the lack of effective evaluation methods for ETC systems or main components,an evaluation method of numerical characteristic analysis and parameter estimation for transaction time consumption is proposed,in which the stochastic process and mathematical statis-tics method is adopted. The analysis of more than two million ETC transaction data on a provincial expressway shows that the method can evaluate the comprehensive performance of any ETC system effectively from Transverse,Longitudinal and multi-an-gle under different environmental conditions,and can provide a reference for the design,model selection,construction,opera-tion of ETC system.
