随着国民经济和社会信息化发展 ,信息消费将成为人们未来消费的主流。我国工业基础薄弱、信息产业和信息技术发展相对滞后 ,影响了信息消费的发展。为了扩大信息消费 ,必须选择适合自身的发展模式 ,走信息产业与传统工业相结合的发展道路 ,在立法。

With the development of national economy and social informationization, information consumption will occupy the main part of people's future consumption. As China's industrial foundation is weak and its information industry and technology lag behind,the development of information consumption is therefore affected. To expand information consumption, we must choose our own development mode and combine the traditional industry with information industry.Simultaneously,we should speed up the step to bring forth new ideas to legislation, education and system construction.
