“双主体育人”模式在培养高职人才中的实践与探索

Practice and Exploration of "Double Main Body Education" Pattern in Higher Vocational Education

针对企业对理想高技能人才的基本条件和高等职业教育所存在问题的现状,提出双主体育人模式的特点和基本内涵,积极探索校企合作招生、合作育人、合作就业的"双主体育人"的培养方案。最后,通过我院"陆德班"的双主体育人的实践经验,总结出"双主体育人"可有力实现"五大"对接,实现学校、企业、学生三方相互依存、共同发展的良好局面。

In view of the basic conditions of high skill talent enterprise needs and the problems of higher vocational education present situation, the article, puts forward the characteristics of the double main body education/node and the basic connotation, actively exploring the cooperation between colleges admissions cooperation, cooperation in education, employment training scheme of ＂double main body education＂. Finally, through the double main body education practical experience of ＂Lude＂ class in our college, the author summed up the ＂double main body education＂ can be powerful for the connection of the ＂big five＂, realizing tripartite interdependence and common development of schools, businesses and students.
