摘要
家庭农场是实现农业现代化的必然选择,家庭农场面临的最大困难就是不能保证在较长期限里租到集中连片的土地。根据科斯定理,目前急需创新土地经营制度,扎实做好承包地块的"确权"工作,建立健全土地流转的交易市场,降低土地转让的费用。
Family farm is a necessary choice for realizing agriculture modernization. The biggest difficulty that family farms face is whether they can be ensured to rent concentrated continuous land for relatively a long period. According to Coase theorem,at present the urgent necessities for family farms include the innovation of land operation system,solid work of'right affirmation'of contracted land,sound establishment of trading market for rural land circulation,and decrease of land transfer tax.
