目的探讨温湿度变化对医用纸塑包装无菌包储存时限的影响。方法在广东自然环境下,3月—8月平均湿度85%状况下,同炉合格无菌物品存放在4个临床科治疗室无菌物品柜,分批分时每次抽检3个无菌包。结果所抽检96个包中在有效期内有2个无菌包有菌生长。结论医用纸塑包装无菌包有效期限受温、湿度等多因素的影响,需进一步科学、合理地进行多因素对比性研究。
